Publications

My 67 published journal articles are listed below. The wordcloud to the πŸ‘‰Β shows the most common words, scaled by frequency, in my journal article titles. A glance shows that most of my scholarship has focused on discrimination and inequality in rights violations. Other projects touch on issues closely or loosely related.
In addition to the articles listed below, I’ve published five edited volumes or symposia, two book chapters, one law review article, one article in a Japanese-language scientific journal, and over 30 essays, opinion editorials, or works of public scholarship. Most of these focus on discrimination as well. You can find more information about them on my CV, Google Scholar profile, or ORCID profile.
